17 3/4....lol but after an arm work out they right on 18...5'6 1/2 184lbs....yep im all arms....oh not to mention my arms were 14's when i first picked up a weight...5 yrs ago...and i was only 135

What? Did you take my comment as directed at you? Thats the way I interpet your statement. The BFD was my opinion of my arm size. The you don't need a pic is because I don't think its that impressive. I'm not happy with the shape of my biceps. Part of the BFD is because I am 216. I also never said you said it was a BFD. Sorry, you never registered with me enough to remember. I had to go back to try to figure out WTF you were talking about. Sorry if I offended you, it wasn't intentional.

Thats what I'm talking about. Thats the shape I'd like to have. My arms pump an inch, yours only go up 1/4? Those are big ass pipes for 5'6

Thanks..alot......lol i wish they were bigger then 18 just for braggin rights.....but yeah....i got real tiny joints...which is why i sought of look bigger then i really am.......
