I have to convince myself everyday that I still look ok. Oh well, hopefully after I have my surgery I will be able to start working out again.

Uhhh, guys, I believe this thread was looking for pictures to support claims. Funny, so many claims of 19-20 inch arms, yet no pictures. I'm not saying I don't believe any of you, but what makes this board better than all the rest is it's members. POST YOUR PICS GUYS!!!

18 cold at 5"11" 206 measured today, then again a serious pump only adds about 1/2inch anyway I think after your 10 years old age should be reported in whole years, same with arms I know your all proud of the extra 1/4inch you have but until you have added an inch what have you really accomplished?

Dude, do you know how many people REALLY have 18" arms? Not very many. Deduct 2 inches from most people's claims to get to their real size. So if you've worked hard to get there, it IS a BFD! Keep working hard, and they'll get up there soon enough!
