I did this too

The main reason why I came off was because I was mentally burned out so it was no point to stay on as I couldn't commit myself. So I stopped the food, the gear AND the gym. Full break. It's been 8 months now. Lost aout 30lbs of muscle. Gained about 10lbs of fat extra. I am 250 and have a powerlifters look, not a bodybuilders. I have felt great NOT having to worry about eating every 2 hours, not doing daily injections, watching comedies on TV rather than going to the gym. However, now I am itching to get back and I will in the next few weeks. I definetely needed this break.

I took a whole year off, so now A; it has been a year for you too right? Is it time to make the return?
