Big A. I read your introductory thread and one thing stuck out. You mentioned that someone can stay on T-250, or t-400 all year around without any adverse health effects. Is this true? Assuming 1cc a week dosage.

I may have misread and wanted feedback before actually trying. If I do stay on it all year around should I mix something else with it to make this approach safe?

AAS side effects such as heart enlargement, cholesterol issues, RBC, hemocrat, hemoglobin, blood pressure issues, liver values, kidney values etc etc

all of them if effected negatively will cause to some degree health damage

e.g if you are the kind of person who suffers blood pressure issues when using AAS, you can assume you are going to damage both your heart and kidneys to some degree if staying on AAS long term with a blood pressure issue

Considering that most docs prescribe 100-200mg of test for TRT I personally wouldn't want to be on over 250mg a week year round...maybe 300mg max. But doing blood work every 6 months or so is a must to keep an eye on RBCs, liver values, estrogen, etc...

Indeed and speaking from experience even 250mg/wk for myself and others can be too much as the months go by.

Well said...... I know I need blood work every 6 for HRT.
