What I meant to say was do you still advise INSULIN (humalin r) on an every day schedule, or have your thoughts changed any since there are some well known guys who say that it is overkill and only 2-3 times per week is needed?

I stay on insulin most the time for you stay on T3 for extra week-2 depending how you feel ( as long as you feel still putting on size and not shrinking away ) and insulin for at least 2-3 more . I use insulin 6-7 days week could not go down to 2-3 would feel like shrunken weed

many top guys do over that a day for months on end, bro, some as high as 36

some guys do 2iu a day and get carpal some go way heavy with no real prbs as such

15iu is a pretty average pro dose from those i know

some go much lower some higher, but i'd say that's close to the mean

Agreed. I've done 30IU/day for months at a time. I never get any sides - carpal, gh gut, etc. I am a furnace during that time though!

just like some can't handle their liquor others have higher cacpacities of resistance to sides with certain compounds

With me it comes down to $$ if I could afford to do constantly I would but don't have the $$ to do that , I do what i can for as long as I can untill my boatload $$ comes in then I might start to get BIG

Since I just started using insulin with my gh, should I bump up the dose from 7iu(gh) to 14-15iu. The reason I ask is because with most drugs you get the best results in the beginning. I don't want to miss that window of opportunity for "explossive growth" from the insulin.
