so I was just throwing weights around in the gym on some gear the last 2 months. I had some fun looking shape starting but I needed a better plan. I knew that.
I read the beginner's forum Big A thread " Growth Principles for Beginners" I copied all text to my phone and went to the gym this week. I dialed in all the totals for my body parts on the "work set" . I only did 2 days, just 2 days and it looks like a winner winner chicken dinner.
The real payoff was coming into the kitchen shirtless this morning to get my cup of coffee and my wife glanced up from her facebooking and looked back to her computer but immediately looked back. I acted like I didn't notice but it felt good.
shoulder still hurts and I had to use my left hand to put my right hand on the seated row handle but once locked on, I had no pain and maxed the lift 6 reps and held ea for 2 sec.
i'm 52 170 5' 8.5". I had gotten down to 164 in previous 6 weeks but have put on 6 lbs and am slimming up as well. 400 t-c 200 decca 500 hcg weekly.
I see my orthopedic Monday. I am gonna beg her to keep me from surgery, it feels like a nerve because it's a sharp pain that limits me from raising my arm up from my side and aches all the time. I have an mri from 5 years ago when I first damaged it. I
It was torn RC / torn or ruptured biceps tendon but I could get along fine day to day. does anyone think that previous diagnosis healed any on its own and this is new damage I sustained getting "locked up" from a straight bar bench press? I would just hate this new found hobby and results to be put on hold after what I have invested in it.
