Hey wolf, You have done very well to drop the bf from your first pics some 3 months ago. Yes you will need to be a lot leaner for the show. keep going and see where you finish up. Ok now the critique, You will need to focus your training on the big lifts after your show. You are lacking size and thickness in your back, chest, shoulders and I'm guessing legs. We have no pics of those. Your biceps overshadows most of the rest. So concentrate on big deadlifts Big chest workouts and serious squats and leg training. This will balance out your physique and add much needed thickness. The detail in your back looks good. You just need more muscle. I am being critical yes, Quality mass and density comes with time under the iron. it needs to be quality time. So I wouldn't worry too much about arms for now, focus on building. if all you ever did for a year was Deads, squats and bench you would be very surprised at how much your arms will grow along with the rest of you! Great job on the diet. it does take dedication to lose BF the way you have. Have fun at the show and learn. Ask the judges for their opinions afterward. Good luck bro and keep us posted!

Thanks alot oldfella, your compliments are crtisism are insprirational bro. They told me that after strict dieting I should expect to really grow after the competion, now that Ive I gotten myself in the habbit of eating regular.

I should be competing at 78kg's so I have another 6kg's to lose but Im sure that I could do that plus I have water to lose as well. Im 5 11 so I would probably be taller than a few guys in that group but like I said it would be mostly novices and afterwards would be the time to grow.

Do you guys also notice that you get bigger easily after dieting and competion?

Great job bra!! The only people who are going to not believe you when you tell them you lost that much bodyfat in that short amount of time are the lazzy people who just say that cause they know they will never put in that kinda hard work.

Best of luck to you.

Very good post and thats what I was thinking after looking at The Wolf's pics. Definitely start hitting the big lifts, eat clean calories with the occasional bad food and give yourself about 1yr or 1.5 years to grow.

Here's the thing....after your comp. it can go one of two ways.

1) You will be motivated as hell. I would enjoy a day or two of eating what you want without getting too outta control or you'll regret the initial rebound. Then get back to some light cardio 3-4 days per week, gradually increase your poundages (too soon and you'll hurt yourself), and just eat more of what you were dieting on.

2) You will be motivated as hell.....for a couple weeks. Then get lazy and think you can eat anything you want because "it will turn to muscle" and 4-6 months later your back to where you started.

BTW, my problem is I go the #2 route....lol.
