Long time listener, first time caller. I have been running DC training for a while and the progressive overload aspect of beating the log book every week, either in reps or in weight, has always made sense to me. I have been wanting to change my program up, for the fun of it and stumbled upon Big Beyond Belief. My question is (which, quite frankly, might be incredibly stupid) how does one progressively overload in this program with weight? I know that it derives from the Eastern European methods of periodization, which has you increase workload set wise week after week until a deload is permitted, but do you keep the same weight the whole time? I have attached ramp up weeks 1 and 2 to give an example for the unfamiliar. I havent done a program that doesnt have you go to failure in such a long time that I am just unsure how to run this lol. Thank you for everyones time and for the years of entertainment and help.
