Big Beyond Belief Program Questions

Long time listener, first time caller. I have been running DC training for a while and the progressive overload aspect of beating the log book every week, either in reps or in weight, has always made sense to me. I have been wanting to change my program up, for the fun of it and stumbled upon Big Beyond Belief. My question is (which, quite frankly, might be incredibly stupid) how does one progressively overload in this program with weight? I know that it derives from the Eastern European methods of periodization, which has you increase workload set wise week after week until a deload is permitted, but do you keep the same weight the whole time? I have attached ramp up weeks 1 and 2 to give an example for the unfamiliar. I havent done a program that doesnt have you go to failure in such a long time that I am just unsure how to run this lol. Thank you for everyones time and for the years of entertainment and help.

During the ramp up phases, weeks 1-3 you're increasing sets, decreasing rest, so there is no need to increase poundage.
During the growth phase is when you can add weight. The growth phase has consistent set/rep and rest schemes, so the only variable you can change is weight. I use same weight for each workset, if I hit the intended number of reps I'll make it heavier next week. The growth phase is be run for multiple weeks.

Excellent, thank you for taking the time to reply. I finally read the book for the 2nd time and just realized that you run the training phase for ~3 weeks before going into the next ramp up, which offers set/rest consistency (allowing you to progressively overload the weight). Looking forward to trying a new style of training.
