i have been looking back over BBB for a while now and the logic seems fairly sound.
my question is this.
following the 3 weeks ramping up how do you schedule your 3 weeks supergrowth phase.
i.e. i know the book shows the rep/set ranges and rest periods but what about the actual weight lifted??
are you still supposed to be using enough weight to hit virtual failure at the rep ranges or are you dropping the weight.
i know several guys on here have done the routine and think it could give me a quick boost of growth.
