Big Brock one powerful dude

No doubt Brock is a freak of nature, but there's absolutely no way I'd believe those numbers unless I saw a legit video of the lifts. As others have said, those are world class/approaching world record numbers.

I really get sick of seeing athletes over-inflate numbers like this.

through guys i know in a certain professional sports league brock is a strong dude not that strong and hes not as athletic football wise. being said the guy had a good run in ufc and is probably back where he should be in wrestling and by no means is he clean hell none of them are

those numbers are complete bs. I think he benched 450ish at the combine if i remember reading correctly.

i dont know if i believe those numbers either, He is huge, i met him back in 2003 and i was taken back by his size..

BUT nobody can take away what he has accomplished.. within 10 years

won NCAA wrestling championship

won WWE championship (fake but still huge deal)

playing pre season for the Vikings

won UFC championship

also made millions of dollars..

he beat seasoned MMA fighters like heath herring, frank mir, randy couture, shane carwin. Cain fucked him up which is expected and when he fought overeem he was mentally not in it and probably still a little ill.

either way, he is a fucking beast and nobody should ever put the man down even though he doesnt like to get hit by cain or shane or overeem, they are also beasts
