They made millions off gamblers betting on everything from the Super Bowl to college basketball, now Syracuse Police bust what they're calling the biggest gambling ring the city has ever seen. The $20 million dollar operation was run by one Syracuse man. Police say 60 year-old George Bedigian is the king pin and head bookie in the multimillion dollar gambling operation. Altogether Police arrested 46 people on more than 400 felony charges. Bets came in on the phone and on the internet from Albany to Las Vegas. To cover their tracks, some suspects were laundering money to an off shore account in Costa Rica. Police seized 155,000 dollars in cash in this operation. They used wire taps, surveillance and search warrants over the last year to break this ring wide open...

I know George and he is a great guy with a huge heart and since he made money and the gov't did not they pinched him....i guess it is ok to suck people dry with scratch offs, lottery tix's, casinos but if you do it yourself and Uncle Sam does not get his fair share of YOUR success they'll get you...FUCK YOU UNCLE SAM you hipocriticle form of fairness...

go find the people who flew planes into the NY and beheaded our fathers,brothers,dad's and friends...go find the people who poison our kids with coc, crack, meth, heroin and all the other stuff. Do something better with my Tax dollars besides this garbage...

goverment and law enforcement has become an out of controll machine that
"we the people" are no longer in controll of and is no longer acting on our behaf, but actually seems to be woring only to preserve and fund itself..
sort of like building a supercomputer that you build to run everything and then it takes over everything and its main objective is self preservation when you try to shut it down....Republican or Democrat (even though republicans are the worse of two evils ) they are still polititions and still acting in the goverments best interest....Gambing is leagal, not paying taxes isn't.. but since they havent set a system to get money from people like him..they arrest him...and now will spend 100grand to indite him and and another 100k per year to lock him up in a cell for 10 yrs....STUPID!!!!!!
LAWS, GOVERNMENT, IRS are all out of controll in this country... What can we do about it???? I don't know yet...Libritarian Party Maybee???
I'll say one thing when I do find out I gonna make sure everyone i come in contact with knows about it....
