Thanks for the kind words guys! I had a great time. My family was there and that was the main reason I did this show. I didn't suffer much, if at all to get to where I was for the Pitt. I'm not doing Junior USA because

a) I'm not ready physique wise
b) I feel like I would have to lose size to get lean enough in 2 weeks as opposed to dieting correctly and getting down to about 235-240 shredded for the Indianapolis. I weighed in at 248 for this show.
c) The weekend in Charleston would kill me financially.

So... I've got 5 weeks till the Indy, and I'm gonna tighter than a snare drum.

I'm going to do the best job i can to be in the best shape of my LIFE for the Indy... so who ever shows up best be in amazing shape because I sure as hell will be! My goal since last year has been to win this show. I hope I achieve it!

I ate myself retarded (and gassy) for the 24 hours after my show. The free muscle milk and GNC protein bars did me in... but it's back to cardio, chicken, and brocolli! I actually got sick of the junk real quick. I felt like shit and I seriously had the worse gas of my LIFE from the protein bars. The smell is probably still in my car.

I met a lot of great people at the Indy. GREAT job by the promotors. Met some cool pros. Almost hung out with Chris Cormier until he lost his wallet and had to go back to the venue. Macey and I stayed near Station Square and I had myself a Fathead's burger.
