It always throws up a red flag when the person has been on the board for a year or under a year, and they are a Kilo Club member because they constantly post just to get their count up. That's the same thing the Trinity guy did.

At my old Powerlifting gym 2 of my training partners had 15 years in maximum security penitentiaries between the 2 of them and they were pretty rough lol! Definitely not the kiss ass kind of guys...they would tell other guys they had a "purdy mouth" lol....always made me wonder
