Sorry to hear CG it is very difficult to lose someone close, I lost a family member 2 years ago, they were only 38 yrs old a left behind little kids, its extremely sad and life will never be the same.

VERY sorry to hear CG. Id be lost. My training partner of 10yrs is my Best friend too, in fact he is the best man in my wedding in 3wks. I cant imagine your pain and loss. Tough to lose a best friend OR a great training partner. Both must be devastating. My heart goes out to you bro.
