Great lifting guy`s.I see a lot of young kids who think they`re great, but I also see a few good kids, who are anxious to learn from us older guy`s too, "ocasionally".Keep Pumping !!
I weighed in at 320 on saturday and did a 655 bench in the gym last tuesday. It takes a long time to get big and strong. You have to be in it for the long haul.
LOL! I haven't tested the squat lately. My guess is somewhere between 800 and 900. My partner and I have been working to increase our work capacity. We have also increased the amount of hamstring and lower back work. I'll check it before too long to see how our training has been working.
p.s. The 655 flew up. I was just as shocked as my training partners.
