Thought some of you might find this interesting. I had Big Paul K Barnett as a guest on my podcast. The format is designed for entry level people who are interested in longevity, fitness and bio hacking, so I understand it might not be everyone’s cup of tea here.

We did have a great conversation on quite a few topics, and I especially appreciate his honest take on the sport, as well as his ability to share some of the practices and learned lessons from body building that can help others outside of the sport to become better, healthier people. He’s a great human being.

Hope some of you all like it. Any feedback is also appreciated.

I really like Paul’s approach with things. I’ve been following him on YouTube when he was just covering gear profiles.

I’m pouring through his Anabolic University course, it is FANTASTIC info.

Bring something unique to your interview. Harris has been on pretty much every show in existence and we've all heard the same stories a million time about Steve Kuclo just starting out, carb cycling, how much muscle you can build in a year, etc. This is why I'm pretty opposed to fitness podcasts - it's grossly oversaturated market and 99.9999% of people do the same interview every time.

I totally get that- the trick is finding what your target audience wants to hear and how to approach it uniquely.

Given my podcast is about biohacking longevity and human optimization, I always try to figure out an angle that the person can bring their expertise on to.
For example- given the fact that elderly people fall and it becomes very life threatening as they age- would it be ethical to give them AAS to assist in building muscle to be stronger and less likely to fall? How would we do that?

Or what principles from body building can be applied to general population for better health? Stuff like tgat

Well son of a bitch. I was thinking about forking over some money to get into that or buy his guide on building a cycle. Is it that well put together?

I mean, it is for me. The world of PEDs is fairly new to me, but the modules are very well written, the videos are super clear and easy to follow and understand and the research he and Kurt Havens have put in there is sizable, like 60 hours of video and documents. It really explains a LOT in clear and understandable language.

Of course, I’m new to all this so there may be some material an experienced body builder might already know?

Just like Andrew Berry and Cris Edmonds mention John Meadows any chance they can, Paul SHOULD BE mentioning Justin. Every nutrition plan, every theory or teaching Paul knows comes right from Justin.

Probably about 20+ and I’m not joking

It’s very basic. Test as main compound + anabolic of choice. GH around the 10iu range and slin on high days. Just the basics. He doesn’t overcomplicate.

As for what his clients actually do, seems as if he mostly lets them do what they’d prefer/feel best with. @TheOtherOne55 can confirm.

Hey there.

I am not running a log on any public forums.

I have been detailing everything on his tracker.

I began 15 weeks ago and have put on 17 pounds of scale weight with little fat gain, about 2 percent.
Calories began around 2700 and are now 3800ish, and I’ve gone as high as 1000 grams of carbs on my high day.

He’s fantastic to work with.
