Couldn’t agree more.

I think Paul seems like a nice person, but as far as being knowledgeable he is is really bad about just parroting those around him. He’s pretty much just repeated everything Justin has already shared, and he’ll change his opinion completely on a topic on the drop of a dime if he hears it from Kurt Havens or someone he interviews.

Watched this morning. I thought it was good, and I think Paul is about as organic in conversation as I've seen. Sometimes monotone, but for some people just starting their path, his content is better some other ass hats (no names mentioned).

I like that he emphasizes bloodwork, measuring blood pressure often, etc. Thanks for sharing. Good luck with the podcast.
