I was reading in a magazine many. many moons ago about your training methods and diet.
In this MD article ( maybe 6-10 years ago) You trained each body part like 4-5 times per week using just 1 set per exercise and maybe 2-3 exercises per bodypart. Your diet was a keto diet also. They spoke about your sauteed shrimp to get ripped.
I just wanted to know if you still trained like that. It looks kinda like what Leo Costa JR wrote about in his big beyong belief books.
