I was reading in a magazine many. many moons ago about your training methods and diet.

In this MD article ( maybe 6-10 years ago) You trained each body part like 4-5 times per week using just 1 set per exercise and maybe 2-3 exercises per bodypart. Your diet was a keto diet also. They spoke about your sauteed shrimp to get ripped.

I just wanted to know if you still trained like that. It looks kinda like what Leo Costa JR wrote about in his big beyong belief books.

Well, Leo and Jon Olsen and myself helped write that book, and I do a variation, yes. Not quite that way though.
 
Phil doesnt train anymore he just eats Mickey D's all day and stays ripped by drinkin Diet Coke... j/k. BTW was MD around 10 years ago i thought it was a new mag.

Its been around for a while... Only now has it become something worth reading.

They used to have TOO many Twinlab ads.
