ok, here are some recent pics, the last ones were at 17 out, so 6 weeks ago. Im down to 219 here. dpsquat is doing my diet and bringing me in for the show.

i have some of those super tanning pills coming soon, so hopefully a tan will help out too. I have never been able to get one.

first show is May 8, the Eastern Seaboard in Atlanta, Ga. May do the Southern Golds Classic in Alabama on jun 19, not sure yet. And then the TN State on Aug. 14.

what do u guys think my weight will/should be before dropping water? im 219 now. if i am 9% then 10 more pounds to go? but i think there may be a little more than that. what do u guys think?

I will give you a positive criticism. Your abs and obliques are too big which ends up killing your V shape. I never do obliques because my waist ends up being blocky. Try to do something about the obliques and your back will look awesome on the double bi.

yea i know, i have wide hips also. i used to do a lot of powerlifting and heavy squatting without a belt. i have stopped squating and doing DLs. i dont think there is much i can do about about it. my waist is 36 inches around my belly button. i think it will only come down to a 34 by show time. it sucks!!

Im the same way.. deads and squats.. my waist is usually 36".... but my delts are 60" si I still have a V-taper. Since dieting my waist went down to 34ish... I think id I wanted to get ripped it would go down to 32... the same for you...

If youre doing the Eastern Seaboard then you will need to come in striated. If you are 219 right now then I'd say try coming in at the top of the LHW class which is 198.
