Bigger by the day

Just having fun with the title :D Time to grow and I will use this thread to go over everything I do. I have been off all drugs (no trt) for 2 months and have done fine. Whilst I don't recommend it I personally do it for a mental break. I ate like a normal person but still trained very hard. Most days I had 3 meals and a small snack or 2 and no more than 150g protein ever. I ate clean most of the time. Although I would have 1 large meal most days (approx 150g carbs) usually in the form of granoli/muesli, greek yoghurt with dates and blueberries.



I am fairly lean and haven't lost too much size but got softer (a lot) in the lower abs. But this thread is not about how much I can change in the first few weeks so I am not gonna even post starting pics. I will post pics a long the way to show progress and how big I can get.



Everything will be very basic and geared towards increasing food and strength over time. Nothing is set in stone but my diet will start like this...



1- Oats with chocolate peanut butter whey and chopped banana mixed in.

2- Beef with basmati rice or potatoes.

3- Synthepure or whey isolate 97 shake made with 2 apples, 1 kiwi, selection of frozen berries, oats, spinach or kale and water.

4- Beef with basmati rice or potatoes.

5- Synthepure or whey isolate 97 shake made with 2 apples, 1 kiwi, selection of frozen berries, oats, spinach or kale and water.

6- 6 whole eggs and maybe some nut butter.



On training days I will add an intra shake of approx 100 carbs (HCBD), 30g EAA's and various other things.



Treats (whenever I want) will be in the form of...



Greek Yoghurt on top of muesli/granola cereal, blueberries, dates and dried blackcurrants. This is about 150g carbs.



Chinese... something like shrimp/chicken with seasonal vegetables and steamed rice (so not bad at all).



I may add one of the above in fairly frequently and will just replace a meal from the list above. The greek yoghurt meal I like to have post workout simply because it's loaded in carbs and plenty of sugar from the dates. I may also add in more fruit such as grapes post workout.



When I increase food I may add in another meal or just make some larger. Thinking ahead loading those shakes up even more could be a simple way of doing it for me.



I was going to do a push/pull/legs routine but I decided just to do whatever I want. So I listen to my body and pick what I want each day but it will follow a similar pattern. Basically I like mixing upper and lower sometimes so why I decided to change things. Therefore one day could be shoulders and quads then the next back and hamstring. Then I could do push, pull, legs over 3 days.



Most importantly I will be trying to get as strong as fucking possible. I will be in the gym approx 5 days per week and training relatively high volume. I will train every bodypart twice in no more than about 8 days.



I am starting this a bit later than planned so decided to add some orals in at the start. Originally I was going to start injs very low and build up but I have started higher than originally planned. I started a few days ago and currently on...



315mg test e per week

315mg deca per week¨

350mg primo e per week

50mg adrol per day

25mg dbol per day

2-4iu hgh per day

2ml syntheselen pre workout



I am injecting 0.3ml test and deca with 1ml primo eod. The orals I dose pre workout when I train. My plan over time is to move up test and deca to 0.4ml so 420mg then later the test to 0.5ml (525mg). I will also up the primo to 150mg eod then to a max dose of 2ml eod. So my max doses will likely be...



525mg test e

420mg deca

700mg primo e



Currently no AI's but I will add in aromasin in a few weeks. I started adrol/dbol to get my size back fast as I want to be big for Christmas :eek::D I will keep to 1 tab of each for about 4 weeks and in the future will use them again to break a plateau. After a few days the changes are great. The hgh is already making me tired so I backed down to 2iu. I also have 10mg genotec mk-677 which I will throw in a few days per week. With the gh boosters I will go on feel as they are both very strong. I want my body to adapt to the fatigue but I am extra sensitive so just seeing how I get on. I will try to stay on 4iu per day for as long as I can though.



I may add in insulin later on but not too bothered. If I do it will probably be around training and not at a high dose.



Syntheselen will be started 2moro and dosed pre workout and used to help combat the hgh fatigue.



I will also be using syntherol throughout and I will detail how I do that in later posts. I don't care about inches but if I can get to 21 inch arms by the end of this I will be happy.



This thread is me going for it so hopefully we can expect some big changes.

Are you keeping your blood pressure in check? Nose bleeds can be caused by a BP spike. You said you got a bad headache in the morning of day 2. I usually get headaches when my BP is elevated. Just something to think about...

So right! Also, your overall BP might not be that high, your intra cranial BP, it, very well could be, especially if you use compounds that either increase blood flow (Ginkgo biloba, Bacopa monieri, all NO precursors like arginine or citrulline, Cialis, Viagra and the likes) or thin blood: aspirin, clopidrogel (Plavix), etc...

If you take a baby aspirin to prevent blood clots, avoid or at least pay attention to any of the above, as combined they can be a triggering factor for bleeding, and in the worst scenario cerebral haemorrhage... :(

Ok, that was my SCARE POST of the day... someone had to be the killjoy of the party... :naughty::p;)

Seriously though, what I meant is a little "test flu" here and there is ok, just don't let them headaches become a norm. :)

Have you got rid of your back pain to push it that hard? If so how as every time I push things my back seems to flare up and off to bed for me.

I probably will but as I posted I am not that bothered about it. It makes sense to use. My main focus is on the diet and the aas. Thinking forward I will probably add some humalog to my hgh injs even if it's just 5iu. I did think about a Milos style pre and post protocol but can't be bothered going too high in dose. I have some lantus in my fridge but I don't like it. Of course many do great with lantus am and faster acting slin around training. If I feel I need the extra push next year then I will look towards slin. Although I doubt I will do more than 20iu per day approx 5 days per week.

It would be cool to see you do this with 100% pharm grade gear compared to doing it with ugl stuff just for shits and giggles at the exact same dosages.

You are obsessed with pharm grade gear. It would genuinely make no difference to me. I have used loads of pharm grade gear before. I have seen lab tests on my test, deca and primo so I know it's gtg as it has been since I first used this brand many years ago.

Ever think of having a fat and protein only breakfast to keep insuling sensitivity high and program your body to be more metabolically flexible for the rest of the day?

Some interested studies out on how eating a high-fat breakfast will allow you to burn more fat while building muscle as opposed to having a high-carb breakfast. In the AM, you're not really depleted from carbs, its just your liver glycogen is a little lower than normal, your muscles still have full stores.

I have been doing this and have noticed significant changes in BF, sense of well-being, vascularity, pumps in the gym, response to carbs, etc.

I know you know what you're doing, its just a thought.

A study that I recently read had two groups of people...Group 1 ate a high-fat, low carb, moderate protein breakfast, Group 2 ate high-cab, low fat, moderate protein breakfast. At the end of the day, they all had the same amount of macros taken in, the only difference was the timing of the nutrients inthe morning. Group 1 had lost BF while Group 2 had gained or maintained same level of fat. The test subjects were not much different in BF from group to group when the test started. Pretty cool stuff!


This is my breakfast today:

4 whole eggs, 1 egg white
4 strips pre-cooked bacon from Costco
60g Avocado
1tbsp MCT oils (MCT's help with brain function in the morning, quick burst of energy, don't need to be digested, can be shuttled directly into the bloodstream)

Thanks for the great suggestion. I have done that in the past but I love my carbs. People may look at my plan as well thought out but trust me it's not. I could pick holes in it if I wanted to but it's just about eating what I like multiple times per day. It's also not written in stone and I may add to it. I will say I generally don't do that well when I start adding more fats into a heavy carb diet. I could double the carbs though and still probably be fine. This diet will just be about me eating lot's of food I actually enjoy and trying to get in many of nutrients throughout the day.

Thank you. I literally wrote out my diet the other day in a thread and thought of it as I was writing. The same for the training. I do think a lot though so everything is thought out but for me this is just about the basics and doing what I love.

More food - push the calories if your really going to go for it

This is a starting plan. It's practically double of what I have been eating for 2 months so more than enough. I will add to it when I need to. I can grow plenty from those 6 meals though. Another thing is I haven't posted quantities so it's probably more than it looks. Well the beef meals are standard so 200g or so. I never posted this but I ususally add some veg such as shittake mushrooms or peppers if I can be bothered. But if you look at my shakes and I write 2 apples, 1 kiwi, berries and oats. Well the oats is literally 80g+ carbs worth so those are high calorie. If needed I can add to those shakes more as I can along. I can also add in another meal or 2.

Meaning they think everything is a sales pitch and I am saying look I grew 20 pounds and got leaner in 3 weeks so buy x product. So this time I figured just put on the weight I lost and then start posting pics as I can't be bothered with people thinking that. Obviously I want certain sponsors to do well and encourage sales and even make money from sales so promote things but I only use products that I know work or at the very least I think should work if I haven't used them.

Great info. I stopped aspirin ages ago for that very reason. I am using animal omega but just one serving per day. I try to avoid too many things that thin the blood. I have had bleeding issues in the past when using high doses of krill, fish and baby aspirin. As I posted I think it was just the shock to the system from the orals.

1,475mg/week is a lot of gear!

You could grow just as much with much less.

It's really not that much and pretty standard. But sure I could 100% grow on far less and have done. One of my last bulking cycles was about 500mg max dose. Generally I believe most should grow on less and up the dose when cutting. I always encourage as low as possible. But I am just doing what I want and being honest. I will only be on the orals for 3-4 weeks then go back down and slowly increase the injectables to what I stated above. Although how do you know how much gear it takes for me to grow :p Please no more preaching in this thread.

Excited for this dude, seems like you're doing everything the right way.

Eassseee into the increase in cals, just like you plan to. I did the same and now im hitting 4500+ and its haaard to get down. Slow steady increases every week or two works best, and you already know this.

I like the total amount of gear too. There will always be some dude chiming in with the, "You dont need that much! Cut it in half!" But meh. You know how your body reacts more than anyone else. And everyone that knows you, know that you cover all your bases with health supps too. We're not worried.

I'm juuust about finishing a harrrd push to 280. Gonna do a mini 10 days cut to get some fluff off than hold tight until X-mas on an enhanced cruise.

Can't wait to hear the updates dude. :headbang:

My lower back is the same as it always is. Although it feels fine now I just have to be extra careful. I have started doing some t-bar rows recently which is me playing with fire. But I keep the weight relatively low and concentrate on form and high reps. It will get tight from time to time but I hope I avoid injuring it again with all the modifications to my training. When I done free weight movements (light weight) the other week it was very tight the following days so I backed off and will keep to what I have been doing over the last 6 months.

The one issue I have is my left bi-cep tendon. I couldn't do any pullups or heavy pulldowms the other day due to it. It's been a problem for many months now. I am hoping the hgh helps with that over time. I also have a bad left hip :eek: Not a good start is it :D It hurts when I walk sometimes and feels like it's coming out of it's socket.

Even with the above I think I will be fine and I am hoping I get better over time. I know my body and just have to train around it. I can still machine row heavy weight but the lack of pull ups/pulldowns and free weight movements will negatively effect my back training. The worst thing for me now is back training has become almost boring as I am so limited but I still put 100% into it.

HGH has been shown to increase tendon collagen I mRNA expression and tendon collagen protein synthesis. It's also been shown to strengthen musculotendinous tissue. I should have also gone into more detail as I have an issue with the whole area. Even the elbow is giving me issues. So I 100% know hgh will definitely help with the healing process. I will be using other things (mainly to reduce ongoing inflammation) to help with the process as well.

This looks interesting. I'm running almost the same dose and gear (minus dbol and hgh). Curious to see how you go about your experiment and how you tackle/prevent sides and how you will develop.
