Phil is way to kind. I have been bodybuilding for almost two years and i am hooked. I am not all that shredded or very big i did my first show in march weighing 160 lbs. My priority right now is to put as much size on my legs by the November show as possible so that i can come in at the top of the middle weight class . I would love to have everyones thoughts on my pics.

As for the wheels, vastus lateralus is always a tough one or "sweep"... Just keep hitting them hard.

You're looking then to come in around 170-176lb? That's a nice jump from 160 that will definitely be noticeable.
