I was reading the thread below "mega dosing Leucine" and it sparked my interest. So I started researching on bio gro and humapro. From what I'm gathering bio gro help the body better absorb/utilize protein and aminos.
I'm think about adding a scoop of humapro and bio gro to my diet 3-4 times a day for a couple months to see if there is any significant benefit for muscle growth.
Does anyone have any experience with bio gro?
