Mel Gibson and his father went to Panama to see Dr. Riordan and did a podcast on Joe Rogan a few years ago. I think Rogan sent TJ Dillashaw and others down there too. Eddie Bravo went to a resort type place(hospital connected to nice hotel) in Tijuana I believe(Mexican coast).

And btw, unless things have evolved, my understanding was the best kind of stem cells were mesenchymal (and those are not legal inside the USA).
