Black rice at costco

Just got back from Costco found black rice at Costco for 7 dollars for 4 pounds of black rice. Where as I usually buy from whole foods and its 2.50 a pound.

one of the things that i read about it a while back is the ingredient that makes it "black" is the same as what is in grapes. so it could have quite the health benefit.

Black rice is higher in antioxidants as well as all the macros are higher more protein more carbs. I get extremely bored eating the same kind of rice. Its also sticky which if you like sushi same kind of textured rice. Trying to diet year round this year and its something that i can change up and not eat the same shit all year round.
