Guys GOOD preworkout a are supposed to contain indgredients that help you build muscle! Drinking a preworkout like stimulate is making you catabolic before you even start training. My fav pre is 2scoops of HighVolume with 500mg of agmatine 150mg of caffeine and 6Noxivol tablets

It's okay .. the original with dmaa was the best, then the next one was pretty good, and the newest one "v2" is just decent. I won't be purchasing another tub of it but I'll finish the one I have for sure.

Your post just reminded me about the 5 grams of pure dmaa I've got in the back of my supplement stash. Haven't taken it in a couple years, might use it the next time I get unmotivated about gym.

Lol Ya mate very funny evan make such a big scene of all the artificial sweeteners and how great it is to use the glass Tupperware containers over plastic ones. detox this - detox that and obviously take a good deal of gear and what not which clearly is faaaaaar more toxic than bloody splenda. It's like Bpak can't stop talking about detox and alkaline and shit and kale , lemon juice & eating large bags of spinach with meals and then he turns up at stage carrying triplets.

I am a pre w/o junkie. I will agree that angeldust w/ amperall is a beast. I think that's v2? IMO c4 is the industries commercialized weaksauce pre w/o, but I haven't tried it yet. I have currently have maximize intense w/ dmaa, 1 og jacked still unopened, angeldust w/ amp citrate(amperall), mesomorph w/ dmaa, cannibal ferox, and c4. I have also tried JYM and wasn't too impressed. I will try mesomorph before I try my C4. For some reason I just don't feel like this C4 will be as strong as my stuff with dmaa or amp citrate. I will be getting more angeldust im sure.

I always liked trying new pre-workouts untill I got hip to kratom. A big tablespoon of kratom with test suspension and you can go for hours...and its fun too. Some times I lose track of time just doing set after set trying to keep the pump and I glance at the clock and 2 hours went by...it gives you a huge energy spike with no crash.

I do think Rich Piana's pre-workout looks interesting though. He went light on the stims and heavy on the "pump" ingredients...its designed mainly for a massive pump and bloodflow to the muscle.

What is strange though is you can't buy it off his web-site you have to go to an "approved" store that carries it. The nearest one to me is a couple hours away in Columbus...so I called and tried to order over the phone and was willing to pay shipment and everything and the store owner told me that they had to sign an agreement with Piana's company not to do that just to carry his products. I would literally have to drive all the way down there just to get some...he's real picky I guess about who can carry his products.

C4 gets the highest rating bb.com etc . all shiny gloss. U r correct it was sooooooo weak . just unbelievable. Nutrex uplift is a heavy hitter . that's definitely a good one I think . I have been having mutant preworkout and quite like it . it's quite solid actually . their old one mayhem.haven't tried their latest one yet

About a decade ago I used to take ephedrine from the gas station, a tab of caffeine and one aspirin before going to the gym and I had the best workouts of my life. Do we really need these preworkouts to get tweaked like a crack junkie just to get a good workout? Considering that most people on this forum are on large amounts of Steroids and GH im sure all those stimulants arent adding years to your lifespan.

To compete at that level you MUST use certain substances. Evan never once recommended that any of us in the general public use what he uses for pro comps. I also don't understand your logic. So bc some choose to use PEDs that may harm our bodies we should just say fuck it and forget about the health aspect.

Your point makes no sense. In an industry full of bullshit it is nice to know that there are people like Evan involved.
