Blast by Keytech!

Same here legs, monday its best day for legs, we know why beacose everybody else do chest ;)
 
that's right Czworeczki, doing legs on monday = win :headbang:

That's the way I used to do.

Now I do them on Saturday. This is the only workout that I have food in me before hand as the rest of the week I train fasted since I have to get up so early.

But on Saturday...I usually have two good meals in me before hitting the gym.

Don't get me wrong...I love training...but at 3:30-4:00 in the morning my enthusiasm is not the best until I get going. On Saturday...I'm typically in around 11:00am...so by the time I get there I'm ready to go!
 
I was getting sick of eating the same flavored chicken everyday so i finally looked up a new recipe and here's what i tried that was very good!

For about 2-3 chicken breasts:
  1. 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  2. 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  3. 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
  4. 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  5. 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  7. 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Hope you guys try and enjoy!
 
Last 2-3 weeks on my blast, so far it was really great run!

Supplementation update:

Droping Deca, last weeks of blast Test E at 500mg/week, Tri-Tren at 300mg/week,

So far today:

Meal #1:
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 English muffins

Meal #2:
  • 15g almond butter
  • 50g Whey isolate
  • 100g Berries
Meal #3:
  • 200g chicken
  • 200g rice
  • 40g avocado

Intra workout: 50g carbs

Back Day !

  • Deadlift 5x5
  • Bent-over barbell row 3x12
  • Seated cable row 3x12
  • One-arm dumbbell row 3x12
  • Wide-grip lat pulldown 3x12
  • Wide-grip behind the neck lat-pulldown 3x12
  • Close-grip lat pulldown 3x12
 
CHEST DAY.

  1. Bench Press: 10, 10, 5, 5, 3, 3, 3, 1
  2. Barbell OR Dumbbell Incline Bench: 4 x 8-12
  3. Dumbbell Flat Bench: 4 x 8-12
  4. Cable Flye: 4 x 10-15

Oh boy! First off got around 3-4 hours of sleep last night, used to 8+... Was expecting a crap workout, but guess what? i had amazing workout, no matter how much i sleep on Tren workouts are on point! So far favorite combo Tri-Tren Keytech with just Test E :headbang:

TriTren was ride as it should be. I always get fairly lean on Tren as well as strong as hell. All the typical sides were present: some aggression, little cardio issues, night sweats werent that bad due to lower dosage. Lower dosages worked pretty good and i love it. Starting point was 95kg and under 10% BF, gained about 3-4 lean kilos and dropped few % fat.

Looking forward to my next blast!

For now starting my 6-10 weeks cruise (depends on bloods) which is:

- Test E 150-200mg/week
- Aromasin 6mg/day
- Hcg 300iu E4D to bring my balls fulness back after Tren use
- Keytech GH BlueTops at 3iu/day (1,5iu morning/1,5iu pre-workout)

- (maybe adding little slin with pre-workout gh shot)

- At 4-6. week mark bloods on Keytech GH BlueTops.

I like more stable levels even on long esters so i pinning Test E and TriTren more often! So i did EOD, but with TriTren should be fine twice a week!

thanks, i want to try the tritren of keytech soon :D
 
Cruise update:

still holding same weight on cruise, only strength went little bit down but i don't care about it much...

  • Test E 200mg/week
  • Aromasin 1mg e3d
  • HCG 300iu e4d
  • Keytech GH BlueTops at 3iu/day (1,5iu morning/1,5iu pre-workout)

- already crusing for 2 weeks, 4 more weeks and i will do bloods with igf serum test on gh, can't wait to see scores :eek:

Tomorrow i start with Test E and TriTren of Pharmaroids 500/300 EW. I'm nervous :)
