Finally bloods done, both for igf,gh, hormones and everything else. Waiting for results, if everything would be in check starting BLAST phase.

Cruise on just test and few ius gh did the job, keeping most of gains. Can't wait to add more size for my next competition.

Bloods done and everything looking good except my Potasium and Albumin levels, /everything else in range /AST, ALT,RBC,WBC,Cholesterol,Thyroid Panel, etc/
Igf1 and Gh testing done, great numbers on just few ius!

My Killer Calf and Hamstring Workout today

  • Standing Calf Raises 6 sets, 20-30 reps
*last two sets are triple dropsets; use weights that cause you to fail at 10 reps.

  • Seated Calf Raise 6 sets, 20 reps
*last two sets are dropsets; use weights that cause you to fail at 10 reps.

  • One-legged Leg Curl 3 sets, 12 reps
  • Stiff-legged Deadlift (Dumbbells) 4 sets, 6 reps
  • Laying Leg Curl 3 sets, 12 reps

Good calves, it's my worst muscle :(, now i'm trying to train them EOD

Nah your calfs look good man, not too many leg days skipped. I got a big guy at my gym benching in the 400s with legs like a 12 year old girl. Everytime I see him I stare at his legs to give him a complex lol

Yes. I cycle it with HGH at 5iu/day in the morning and IGF at 100-150mcg/day pre-workout for as long as I had some. Had fantastic results from running them both together, and I only wished I had IGF to run continually along with the HGH.

Many GH users are not aware to the fact that GH decreases insulin sensitivity. IGF1 increases insulin sensitivity, and negates this effect, which leads to optimal metabolic conditions. Some users use insulin in conjunction with GH but using IGF1 is much more effective in retaining optimum insulin sensitivity and much much safer...
So the ideal solution is combining them both and by this keep optimal serum GH and IGF1 levels..

Definitely my plan is to use for sensitivity mostly. My blood glucose is getting high. Need to back off Gh

Test P and Sdrol finished, so pleased with results. Sdrol at 20mg pre workout, worked so good, no sides, maybe little BP. Sdrol gives the best look, but makes me feel like shit if runing all day, so that's why i change it to only pre-w and boom, no more shitty feeling, can't wait to compare inj version.

Cycle continue at :

Test E 500mg/week,
EQ 500mg/week,
Aromasin,
Added Key IGF-1 DES, with Cialis.


Today was Chest day and pump was out of control!

High Carb meal, after that pre-workout: 10mg Cialis, 20mg Sdrol(last dose), 50mcg IGF1(25mcg both pecs).


4x8-10 Incline DB Press
4x8-12 Hammer Strength Chest Press
4x15 Cable Fly
