Still on TRT dosage with BlueTops HGH , 2-3 more weeks until blast and bloods

- Standing Calf Raises 6 sets, 20-30 reps

- Seated Calf Raise 6 sets, 20 reps
- One-legged Leg Curl 3 sets, 12 reps
- Stiff-legged Deadlift (Dumbbells) 4 sets, 6 reps

Good calves, it's my worst muscle , now i'm trying to train them EOD
OK little changes,
next week changing GH for Keytech IGF-1 due to my GH is gone ,
(will add HGH again before competition at 12weeks out)
Cycle still at Test E 300mg/week, Test Prop 200mg/week, EQ at 500mg/week,
S-Drol only pre-workout (3x/week) 10-30mg, Aromasin

Never ran igf before. Just Gh. Is it wort it in combination with Gh? Or just take more Gh?

Yes. I cycle it with HGH at 5iu/day in the morning and IGF at 100-150mcg/day pre-workout for as long as I had some. Had fantastic results from running them both together, and I only wished I had IGF to run continually along with the HGH.
Many GH users are not aware to the fact that GH decreases insulin sensitivity. IGF1 increases insulin sensitivity, and negates this effect, which leads to optimal metabolic conditions. Some users use insulin in conjunction with GH but using IGF1 is much more effective in retaining optimum insulin sensitivity and much much safer...
So the ideal solution is combining them both and by this keep optimal serum GH and IGF1 levels..
