KILLER CHEST DAY

Bench Press
5 sets - 10-12 reps

Unilateral Floor presses + Ring pushups (or regular)
4 sets of 10 reps + 12 reps

Incline Dumbbell Flyes + Bodyweight dips
4 sets - 12 reps + reps to failure

Bodyweight Overhead Tricep presses (Smith machine or TRX)
3 sets until failure + close-grip pushups until failure


Pump provided by Keytech 50mcg IGF-1 / 10mg CIALIS / 20mg Turinabol

Preworkout about 30 min before arriving at gym:

5 g creatine, 6 g beta-alanine/ CM , Powerade powder, water,100-200 mg caffeine,1 scoop EAAs

Post workout: 50g 100% WPI (unflavoured), 2 T peanut butter, 1-2 scoops ice cream, 1/2 cup quick oats +bananas/berries :sta:-wars

- Finally lowered my E2 to a very acceptable number of 27, with 25mg aromasin on 1g Test

- Off from IGF-1 DES, overall great on cycle intra workout 50mcg bilaterally into the muscles training, I Usually run 2x1mg so thats about 40days on - 50mcg. I always take a preworkout and bcaa's/eaa's during the workout. Amazing pumps great workouts definite fat loss and localized muscle growth. I dont run it on off days.

- Cruise starts in few days on just Test Cyp 200mg/week will do bloods after few weeks again and see if i can 100% start my competition prep.

Still cruising at Test Cyp 200mg/week, will do bloods next week, feeling good and "healthy", but will see on bloods, after that if it's okay, i'm ready for comp prep.

Someone asks me whats ideal dosage for cruise? If you're getting sides with 200mg/week, it's not a good cruising dose for you. The point of cruising(atleast for me) is to drop to a low enough dose to let your body recover from those negative side effects of supraphysiological doses while using test at a TRT dose and to hold muscle after "blast" or whatever...the ideal TRT dose varies from person to person which is why a good doctor will monitor bloodwork and find the ideal dose. Only way to tell for sure is to run your bloods.
 
It's always good to see when bloods are OK(everything in range) and i'm ready to blast. During cruise i didn't change training and diet, i'm just little softer, without extra water but we will fix it soon.

Starting with just upping Test at 500mg/week, Masteron 200mg/week and finaly will use keytech inject. Sdrol :headbang:

Added 25mcg T3

25mg Inject. Sdrol pre-workout

Workouts on point, pumps are fcking great :st:r-wars

Same diet, workouts are just more aggressive and harder!

Going to kick the cardio up a tiny bit next week as weight loss is slowing down. Not sure how much I can account to water retention, I have a hard time telling how much extra I am holding. Sleep is good, workouts are getting better and better along with my knees. Very happy so far. Added Tren at 200mg/week.
More soon!

Everything going well so far - 6 weeks out! Dropped carbs to 150g-200g, still pumps are crazy, tren kick in already, doing cardio on empty stomach - 30min ED, 3ius Bluetops before cardio.

Photo shoot today, energy pretty good so far, no major changes in diet and cycle, adding keytech dnp at 4weeks out for 1 week, and switched post workout meal with chicken to fish!
