I'm planning on bulking as much as i can till summer of 2011 and then dieting down to compete in my first show ever in november 2011...i just need sum advice on if i should cruise and blast or cycle off...i really plan to take bodybuilding as far as i can maybe hopefully become pro one day..i have been told that if i ever want to have a shot at being a pro one day that i should blast and cruise...i have one child and dont plan on having anymore so im not worried about that.
If i were to blast and cruise, how many times a year would be good to do a blast and what would be the right cruising dosage a week 200-300mg a week???
Also how would you use your AI's and Serms if you blast and cruise...i currently cycle on for 10-12 weeks followed by pct with Nolva 40/40/20/20/10for 4-5 weeks and use Arimidex during the 10-12 weeks at 0.5 EOD...
