So I took a week off so I could finish getting rid of my gyno flare up.
The join pain was getting to be unbearable.
The gyno is now reduced to a smaller then pea size, and I am now off the letro.
The acne was getting really really bad , I received my caber and after a week it was gone. I now have nice clear skin again all over.
I feel like when I was nuking the gyno my gains were limited so I wanted to give myself time to recover.
Now that I am off the letro the last week my power, strength and size has shot up noticeably.
I am now sitting as 240lbs with minimal fat and blasting past my previous lifting PR's
11/31 was chest day.
5 sets of flat bench
185x 10 , 225x 8 , 275x 6, 315x 6 , 335x 6
Dumbell incline
5 sets of 6 reps at 110lbs
Modified incline flyes
4 sets of 8 at 40lbs
Dips super setted with machine flyes
To finish it off I did some light tricep work
12/1 Lats and Deadlifts
-wide over hand grip pull ups-
5 sets of 8
-single arm cable pull downs
High and wide grip rows
modified lat pull downs using machine
Deadlifts
-185x10
-225x10
-275x8
-315x6
-335x4
-355x3
-375x1
