So I took a week off so I could finish getting rid of my gyno flare up.
The join pain was getting to be unbearable.
The gyno is now reduced to a smaller then pea size, and I am now off the letro.

The acne was getting really really bad , I received my caber and after a week it was gone. I now have nice clear skin again all over.

I feel like when I was nuking the gyno my gains were limited so I wanted to give myself time to recover.
Now that I am off the letro the last week my power, strength and size has shot up noticeably.
I am now sitting as 240lbs with minimal fat and blasting past my previous lifting PR's

11/31 was chest day.

5 sets of flat bench
185x 10 , 225x 8 , 275x 6, 315x 6 , 335x 6

Dumbell incline
5 sets of 6 reps at 110lbs

Modified incline flyes
4 sets of 8 at 40lbs

Dips super setted with machine flyes

To finish it off I did some light tricep work

12/1 Lats and Deadlifts

-wide over hand grip pull ups-
5 sets of 8

-single arm cable pull downs

High and wide grip rows

12/2 was rest day

12/3 today will Be
SHoulders and Biceps

Food intake and eating clean is still going good, slowly reducing carbs day by day trying to find a happy medium of where my body is happy.

I have also had to reduce the tren to 50mg EOD so that it will last for 10 weeks as opposed to the 5-6 weeks @ 100mg EOD.

So this past week I have been feeling great. I trained everyday Mon-Fri, I have been very busy with work so usually I feel somewhat run down when I workout multiple days in a row but I feel awesome. I am taking Saturday and sunday as rest days, then back again Monday to tear shit up.

My strength is still increasing it seems at every workout.

Everything is still progressing really well at .50 EOD.

I am still fluctuating between 240-243lbs.

I feel like I have gained some lean muscle and that I am leaning out but the pictures I took last night still look the same to me, even tho it looks like that I still feel like I am progressing.
