Thanks. Can some one show me a pic of regular glute shot versus ventro glute.

The differences are, glute I pin upper outer quadrant of the ass like in the pic 1love posted and VG I pin the same height, just roughly 3-4 inches going towards the hip more. All that spot is is the muscular part under your hip bone...really easy to figure out

Dead center between hip and top of femur.

Need 2 hands, so no good on shoulder. Perfect for ventro glute.

Thanks for the z track, I remember now.

I looked up some pics of ventro glute and it almost seems like its closer to the front of the body. I have a relative who's a nurse. I will ask them to point it on me. I'm looking at some pictures and I'm afraid I'm gonna hit a bone.
I am am kinda fat right now and it seems like it is much lower than my live handle almost in my hip.
