Blend CJC 1295 w/o DAC with Ipamorelin

Hello guys,
I am fairly new to peptides. I have gotten a 5mg/5mg Blend CJC 1295 w/o DAC with Ipamorelin.

I wanna injection before bed and after waking up.
How long should I wait till I can eat and vice versa????

I am about to start with 100mcg/100mcg for each shot.
Also how do I mix them? If the vial is 5mg/5mg of both do I just add 5ml of the bacteriostatic water?

I usually wait about 45 min. I know JJ says 30 if its protein and fat alone, wait longer if its carbs ( I believe he said that ).
I like to have my stomach feeling a bit empty when I take the shot.

As far as recon yeah BW- you may be able to mix 5 ml in there not sure but I doubt it .
I do 1/2 then divide by two when Im drawing so a 5mg vial I do 2.5 mls of water.
Then when I draw I know the concentration is double for mg to mg so I use 1/2 the draw.
So if you want 100 mcg you dont draw out 10 clicks you do 5. Its 2x the concentration that way. Saves water too.

3 hours would work fine, but I eat about every 2-3 hours so time management wise 45 mins to an hour works best for me personally.
