Bloated belly help!

i constantly have a bloated belly im lean and see my abs and everything but ive bin having a bloated belly all the time now and it makes me feel very uncomfortable and when i have to eat 2-3 hours after my last meal i am still feeling bloated and it feels like i already ate and its hard to eat then. This is really pissing me off anyone got any idea what is causing this? I haven,t bin eating more but i did add dairy to my diet you think this could be it? Some help would be very nice.
 
alot of people have small allergies to dairy not necessarily lactose intolerance

also watch your intake of articifcal sweetners-they cause bloat

pls specify what dairy you take in
 
One simple way to ease this is with WATER!!!!!! And plenty of it! One of the first things your stomach needs to start the digestive proccess is WATER. Without it your food is just sitting there in big clumps. It will remain there for a longer then usual period of time without the water as "undigested foods". Water, it's simple, yet way to many of us overlook it. The more food we take in the more water your body will need. It's like a hand in hand thing. Protein shakes are not water. Although they are water based. You body needs water, plain water! When you feel a little bloating coming on up the water a little and if need be take a tab or two of Gas-X Super Extra Strength Softgels
(or regular strength depending on the severity). Good luck.
 
i added fish , Yoghurt and Skim milk to my diet. I didn,t have the bloating before then. And about the water i drink lots of water truout the day so that cant be the issue! I also always drink a lot of water after my meals and this hasn,t changed since.

As ScorpioGirl alluded to, it may be the diary. Try cutting out the milk and yoghurt and see if it improves.
 
thanks guys for your help. I think i,m ganna cut back the skim milk a bit but i,m also concerned about the fish. It just doesn,t feel right in my stomach... When i eat pink salmon from a can i,m very gassy and bloated tru out the day. Thats why i stopped taking it but i still take tuna from can and sardines... Thanks for the advice guys il see what i can do.
