since i began my offseason i have brought my cal up to 5000 on workout days and about 3500 non wo days. its working well as im getting bigger but staying leaner than ever before. the high cal days i eat so much my belly sticks out. im lean and have abbs but i get a distended abdomen when i eat a lot. anyone have this problem>? im up to 243 lb. is there anyway to avoid the belly bloat? i know most guys over 220 get it. it goes away when i diet, is it just food mass stored in my intesstines ect??
