Bloating

OP should be very proud of his progress. He has a come a long way and is absolutely trending in the right direction. But he’s def not 15% BF. And I agree at his BF it’s prob hard to tell what’s true bloat.

OP keep doing what you’re doing. I don’t think you need other drugs at this point. Just make sure you’re staying away from processed carbs and drink plenty of water.

I just want to say I appreciate everyone’s advice. I truly apologize for my ignorance. I have done lots of research on the internet before my last 2 posts and got mixed answers. I know I have a lot more too learn and I am willing to put in the work. I have only been lifting for 2 years and it was the best thing I have ever done for my mental health. I not trying to be a bodybuilder at 40 years old but I do want to be the best I can be. This my mind set now so it doesn’t bother me if some people have negative comments because I know how far I have come.

Don't apologize for trying to get better man. You're obviously on the right track, keep it up and by 42 you'll turn heads on the beach.
 
One thing to be aware of also, is your food combinations. Having too many carbs and fats in the same meal is less beneficial than say some whole eggs with veg for breakfast, and some chicken with rice later. Proper food combining makes a difference, as well as maintaining a healthy gut. Prebiotics, probiotics, digestive enzymes... keep majority of your carbs around training, to continue progress
Thank you. I didn’t know this. I would try doing my 40 40 20 on one plate each meal. I will try your advice. I appreciate it. By the way you look amazing.
