My hemo was 55 and my cardiologist said it's not a big deal at all as long as I'm active and eat healthy. He said it's not even a concern until it's closer to 60.

You will have various doctors with different opinions on HEMO levels.
Some will panic if your numbers are near the high end,,especially if they don't know your taking AAS/TRT

Yes my Dr knows I take AAS which is why he believes it's not as much of a concern as someone who doesn't as they could have a blood disorder. He's a big believer of staying extra hydrated with elevated hemo as it will greatly counter act the negatives.

Do cardio 6 days a week, and give blood, and take IP6....thats about it as I know of it

Never tried Ip6 I'll pick some up. What's a good dose?

IP6 removes iron, magnesium, and calcium from the stomach so if you have a low ferritin, it might not be the best idea. Much better for those who have no issues with ferritin.
