blood glucose levels

I'm curious to see what everyones levels are.

I began to feel dizzy and light headed this morning after a meal consisting of 1 cup of coffee, 3 whole eggs, roughly 1and1/2 cups of white rice and a protein shake. The dizziness occured roughly an hour after consuming the meal. I did also take my am shot of test/eq but i never get dizzy after pinning.

Any ways, i tested about an hour after eating and i was sitting at 70. I checked to see what the normal range was online and said it could vary. So i'm asking you guys that have access to meters, to post your reading on here as well. I have seen Osiris' thread where a few folks are chiming in, but i would like to get everyone involved, either taking peps or not taking them, so i can see if i may have an issue at hand.
 
UPDATE:

after downing lots of peanut butter M&M's and some milk it went to 74, this was prior to the gym. after the gym, it was 81, after eating steak chicken and rice and beans, it only got to 84. Are these numbers ok, i still feel slightly dizzy, but maybe its some sort of cold i've somehow caught?
 
mine was only 48 when I got bloodwork done on Tuesday. this was right after the gym though. training lowers blood glucose

That's normal bro here's a chart that i copied for you right from a medical site on diabetes and blood glucose levels...this isn't some made up numbers or gym talk.........

Fasting blood glucose:

70-99 milligrams per deciliter (3.9-5.5 mmol/L)

2 hours after eating (postprandial):

70-145 mg/dL (3.9-8.1 mmol/L)

Random (casual) taken anytime of day regardless of when you ate:

70-125 mg/dL (3.9-6.9 mmol/L)

Now keep in mind these are numbers that can be effected by what and when you ate....if you think your ever low and crashing or if you feel nauseous and your sweating that is a good sign your crashing...the best thing to do is drink some OJ with a couple of tablespoons of sugar mixed in....you'll feel fine in a few minutes...or just eat a candy bar or anything containing sugar...i find the OJ works the fastest
 
thanks bud, I was thinking it was in range, just was unsure why i couldnt get a spike out of it. i figured i would at least get up to the 90s after all the sugar i consumed to attempt to spike it. It only went up by 4 so that had me worried.
 
mine always tests above 100 is this bad?
