At the gym before my workout and got blood pressure check. 165/108!!! That's not good. My dr is going to kill me.
 
Wow the bottom number is high. You're doc is going to want to put you on bp meds and I wouldn't blame him. Besides meds, the only think that worked to lower my bp is high intensity cardio.

My doc isn't no dummy. He on to say get of the juice. !!
On test EQ and winny. May drop the Win and see if that helps.

It's probably the EQ. EQ raises hemocrit which in turn increases bp. You should either drop the EQ or lower the dose and see if that helps.
 
Dropping the Winnie won't help??
The EQ is working.. I get bloody noises very easy..
 
I would drop to a maximum of 100mg test and start doing a lot of high intensity cardio until it is UNDER 130/80. Then next cycle make sure you go into it low (from cardio) and keep it low during (with cardio and keeping water retention under control).

Whatever you decide, start cardio tomorrow, it will be somewhat lower that same day.
 
Time to hit some cardio, some lowered cals, and maybe some hawthorn berry if you happen to have it around. Won't do a whole lot for out-of-control BP, but it's certainly worth trying along with the first two. Better than having to get on prescription blood pressure meds.

High bp is why I always tell people to do cardio while bulking especially on cycle. It has to be high intensity though. Low intensity cardio won't do anything for high bp. I would recommend starting off at 15 mins of high intensity 3x a week to start off and adjust from there. Gotta make sure your heart gets some serious work in.
 
Drop the eq bro. I can run just about anything but eq makes my blood pressure go through the roof! Long story short, I went to the dr because of excruciating head aches. My gut told me that it was the eq but I wanted to see what the dr said anyways....according to him I had the symptoms of a brain annurism (spelling is wrong). I dropped the eq and everything went back to normal. Needless to say, I do not run eq anymore because we dont get along.
 
Well this sucks. I really wanted to give it a good try. Oh well health is more important. I haven't done a EQ shot in a week. Should I just do a crap load of cardio and try to get my bp down with out meds.
 
All steroids increase RBC count/hematocrit, I have never read anything that stated EQ was any better than any other steroid at doing so. I think that is more of a myth that gets propagated around forums etc etc. I could be wrong though.

Id say drop the oral. All orals drive my BP way up. Maybe try celery seed extract and cialis? I do agree though, get on your cardio brother.

You don't need a crap load, just do 20min and your BP will be lower that day. Do 20min three days per week will probably do the trick if it's high intensity cardio. If you want to really be safe start doing cardio every day at 30min and you BP will be in check in a few weeks and you can back off to 20min 3x/week.

It has to be hard cardio though, you can't just go through the motions, it can't be so hard you can't make it though 20min either, so it might take a few sessions to build up...

If you don't eat clean, then reduce sodium intake also.

If you aren't doing any cardio currently, it's understandable that your BP is that high.

Ace inhibitors aren't good for younger people because over 20-30 years they stiffen your arterial walls, not a big deal to start taking them at 70, probably a bad idea to start taking them when fairly young.

Damn. I remember having a T.I.A. at 189/ 110! Be very careful and try to get that pressure down ASAP!
 
I just saw the dr. So he didn't give me meds. He wants to monitor me for a month. Damn. Since I don't do cardio he told me to do that. And get off the muscle juice. Lol
 
So dr said do cardio.. Shoot I lasted 7 min on treadmill. Shin splints from hell!! So bad.!! Will winnie do that to ya??

Screw running on the treadmill. Do the stair master or elliptical instead. It will save your knees and shins.
