I'm a small fry compared to you fellas, but, from what I have read, my mighty 16 inch cannons can still fuck with the results from most blood pressure cuffs.
That is what I use and my arms flexed now are now around 17 inches or so flexed. It works well.
Another thing, when they say 9 to 17 inches, I think they mean when your arm is extended out straight and not flexed "making a muscle". When your arm is straight out it is a lot thinner around.

Yeah. That cuff will definitely work for you if you arm is 16 inches flexed. Like I said, mine are somewhere a bit over 17 inches or so now I think and it works on me.
