Blood pressure is finally coming down

A week ago it was 170/120. I have no idea why it shot up but I let it go for about a week before I went in to see the doc. At that point I figured it wasn't coming down without meds.

That second number is VERY HIGH. My BP tend to spike, either number but not both a the same time.
The main thing that seems to make it erratic is after about 4 weeks on tren (so - 6 weeks is what I limit it to).
