I've never done it, but I think some guys donate blood at designated intervals to help with that. Although I don't think I'd do it...
I like the idea of low dose phosphodiesterase inhibitors though (as something that is readily available)
Not true in the least bit.
BP and hematocrit have nothing in common. If your BP ends up getting high I would tell you to see a doc and get on some meds. You dont have to tell him about the steroids, but to go around and self medicate with BP meds is just getting yourself in even deeper than you are now IMO. there is reason doctors have to go through many years of training and have a license to practice!
Can anyone help out with any legit websites to order Blood pressure meds online, going to be starting a cycle that I know will raise my BP levels.
