Blood pressure readings cuff vs wrist way off?

I brought my Omron machine to CVS and took my BP with it a few times, and then with their in-store huge machine.
The Omron is spot-on (with their machine). I've always heard the wrist-cuff was garbage. Not sure if true, just what I heard.
I then brought it to the Dr. appt, and it pretty much matched up with his...

Been monitoring this week. 1st one ws before my first coffee, so I barely had a pulse. TUE thru FRI (post coffee) I see my heart rate in the 80's.
Still not bad. At 59, I never needed BP meds. Its normally fine...

i noticed if i use the cuff that maxes out at 17.7 inches vs the one that maxes out at 23 inches large vs xl i get diff readings. my arms are 17 unflexed at rest.

Doesn't matter what it says. Go with bigger cuff, you are close to the limit on the 17.7 and in range of the bigger one (not like you have 13" arms).

yes i noticed on the 17.7 my readings were like 5-8 points higher than the xl size.
