Quite a bold statement man. Mine was between 110-120/55-70 on 1200 mg of test and 800 EQ.. As long as I don't take thyroid meds my rhr is good as well.

I obviously agree about protecting yourself. I just wouldn't randomly take BP meds if you have ways of not needing them.

New Dr and dentists always try to use a smaller cuff and tell me I'm high when I'm not. The right size cuff is important.

My GP seems to be the odd exception measuring BP - he always waits and measures at the end of my session, and he measures always three times (and uses the same arm and position). All other Docs that measured my BP only measured once, and never waited for me to relax and calm down before the measuring. Some even used the wristcuff machines. They really should now better, they went so many years to school for this

I measure it once a day. First thing i do when i wake up.
Thats what my doctor recommended me to do and average it for the week.
Its high due to gear when not on gear its 120 range.

Don’t do it when you first wake up. Many guys sleep on their arms causing restricted blood flow, which can cause incorrect readings. You need to be up and moving around a little bit first to get a true reading

I do sleep on my arms. Lol
Will start taking it little later from now on.

If you want to stay on AAS you can take both together. Telisartan doesn’t give me any notable side’s except keep my BP in check while on high doses of AAS. We have sponsors here who carry it. If you’d prefer that route instead of shelling out money to our out of control prescription companies.

I agree that telmesartan is a great med for high blood pressure. I’ve been on it for a few months now. Started at 20mg it didn’t lower my bp enough so doc upped me to 40mg ed. it did the job perfectly with no sides to speak of. Highly recommend it.
