I have both this and the Omron 10 series with large cuff and they give me nearly identical readings, which tells me there's a good chance they are both accurate.

I have an omron but the cuff is supposedly "large", I have 17.5 arms and it fits really tight towards the upper arm, and more looser towards the bottom [emoji852]️

Sometimes I get like 198/130 readings if I don't put it on right. Need a bigger cuff.

What do you suggest if you are going to buy one for home use and your arms are around 18-19?

With arms that big I would probably just slide it down and take the bp on forearm.

I thought forearms give inaccurate readings? I was assuming you'd say get the XL cuff.
