Well, I finally have have my results from my blood test last week. I have a few m-drol and h-drol cycles under my belt (from my mid-20s, I am 34 years old), and a testosterone suspension cycle from June-August. Each of these cycles had PCT done with proper serms, etc. However I've never been "my self" since pre-cycle. Huge loss of libido, ED, energy, lack of motivation, etc. My family med. doc took the bloods, went over the results today and recommended me to see an ENDO next week, which I've already made an appointment for. But, here are my results: Edit: results attached.







First thing my doc says is my estrogen is too high. How screwed am I?


BTW, testosterone reads 685, and total testosterone is 786.

BTW, testosterone reads 685, and total testosterone is 786.

For what it's worth, "total estrogen" doesn't give specific value of the type of "estrogen" you're looking to test. Namely, estradiol. Total estrogens is composed of the three main types of estrogen (estradiol estrone and estriol) clinician's (moreso OBGYNs) will look at when assessing a females hormones. Nonetheless, it adds no value for you under the circumstances you're dealing with.

So don't just randomly start taking an A.I or SERM without pulling your estradiol (E2).

What Stewie said and your results look fine. The fact that your doc ordered the wrong test and now wants to send you to an endo for no reasons means they have no idea what they are doing, which they are aware of also, because they sent you to an endo...

Your test level is great, SHBG is a little high but that is no big deal, everything will continue to normalize over time.

I doubt you are feeling anything other than the effects of normal testosterone after being on supraphysiological levels...

what he said above why did he do 2 different testosterone tests?
either one, those are perfectly fine. i keep my levels there on trt doses. no ed, no libido loss, nothing. im 49 tho.

I just feel like I haven't been "my self" for nearly a year. Of course, there is the fact that I've been with this girl for nearly a year, and while I was single, eating clean was not a problem. Ever since we've been together, my weight has climbed up to the point where it's getting hard to remove. I weight 183lbs now, no energy, no motivation, no libido, ED, etc. But when I weight was around 160lbs, I had plenty of energy, Libido was through the roof and ED was not an issue. Of course at the end of the day, I am responsible for what I put into my body, and can't blame the girl for my shitty diet. It's just harder to resist temptation when we're together.

I have an appointment with the ENDO next Wednesday. If they do more bloods, I will ask to check the E2, along with the individual Estrogens as well.

I also want to add that, Cialis does not work. Up until this year, Cialis has worked very well for me for almost 10 years. I’ve used both pharmaceutical grade Cialis and UGL liquid Cialis, both worked amazingly and long lasting. However for this entire year, Cialis did not work at all. Both liquid version and Pharma tabs, I even went to ridiculously high doses, and nothing worked . I don’t know if this is a sign of my hormones being out of whack, but it really does piss me off.

Well I guess that explains a lot. that also explains a lot of the symptoms, so I’ll have to be more careful with what I consume be very strict on it.

I'm sure your doc had good intentions regarding your estrogen, but like the other members have stated the wrong test was ordered. Why not order your own test? It will only cost your around 60 bones.

How do I go about doing that? There is a quest diagnostics by me, so am I allowed to go there and request the proper test myself?

I go on quest's site, find the exact code of the test I want, print it out, and hand it to my doctor so there is no confusion about what tests I want, this is how you get the 'sensitive' estradiol test, which you will want, not just the regular estradiol and definitely not the 'estrogens' test.

I also want to add that, Cialis does not work. Up until this year, Cialis has worked very well for me for almost 10 years. Try 1 - 2 grams of arginine 45 minutes before sex. It's N.O. properties work very well with cialis. Without proper N.O. levels, cialis wont work.

I finally got my results back. Well, she says that they are normal and my test levels are good. So, it could be stress, etc. for why I can't get full erections, etc. Results are below:

Thoughts, guys? I'm continuing to drop weight, hoping that my previous weight last year will bring me back to normal, especially sexually.

Also, I wanted to state that the test taken for these results was two weeks ago, at 8:15 AM while completely fasted. My previous results however we’re around 10 or 11 AM, and I already had water and caffeine in me.
