So I went to the doctor for a check up as I haven't been in almost 2 years, last time was because of cellulitis. Doc is 50, really cool guy to be honest. Says that my insurance covers blood work so he asked if I wanted to have it done to see if everything is good. So I agree that I think it's a good idea and he writes me up to have it done. I look at the order:
T3,TSH,T4
CMP
Lipid Panel
Testosterone Level
I told him I've been back in the gym and have had a tough time with my strength and dropping fat, which is true. I've had success with carb cycling in the past and it's just not working now. I walk my dog for 40 minutes everything morning (brisk walk), eat breakfast then go to the gym before work. With that information and my age (mid 30's) I guess he figured run the Test levels.
I got off everything in early 2015, so almost 2 yrs ago. I ran some PH's earlier this year and as recent as 4 months ago. I've been running oral winny for about 1.5 weeks and will be at 2 weeks by the time I get bloods done.
I have test on hand, but would rather go the "legit" route if possible. I have 2 kids and don't really want more, so TRT isn't a big deal for me.
I've read that bloods drawn later in the day, after working out, after eating as well as poor sleep the night before can have your T levels low. I would like to be on TRT to be completely honest, I just don't feel normal. Is there a way to get low levels naturally?
The reason I ask is I want to feel "normal" and would prefer the legal way if at all possible. Thanks guys
