This is what I have been looking for. My doc doesn't want me getting my blood work and having the results sent to me. That is exactly why I ended up with low test levels and feeling like crap.

Thanks for this info! Just got my bloodwork done after my first show and my AST had jumped from 30 to over 300, any idea how long it takes (or where to find info on) to get liver function back to normal? Im taking Tudca and Milk thistle daily.
