I had some blood work done early this week and I have some questions regarding my test results.
First off…
I’m 29 yrs. old, 6 ‘ 1, 205lbs, roughly 15% bf, have been lifting for a couple years now religiously.
Before the test, I had been supplementing with SARMS (GW-501516, Ostarine, Ligandrol, and YK-11. Not together, but at different time during the 3 or so months prior to the blood test.)
My test results came back and I was a little puzzled by some of my results.
My free testosterone was extremely low, 172 ng/dl, were a normal range is 348-1197 ng/dl
My liver enzymes, ALT and AST, were elevated, 94 iu/L, and 44 iu/L, respectively. I understand that intense exercise can cause elevations in both of these values due to muscle damage, so I’m not so freaked out.
My cholesterol level was very low, 76 mg/dl, with a low hdl, 25 mg/dl.
I guess my questions are mostly regarding my low test levels. I understand that test levels and cholesterol are related so what could I do to start getting these levels back into a normal levels,
If there are any more questions, feel free to ask.
