42 years old; recently off of a cut stack; now on 200mg test weekly. Got results in today; plz comment and or suggestions for the high areas.

Red blood cells and thickness is due to use. Give blood , stay hydrated and they will normalize some what. 200mg may keep it at the high end. The bilirubin at 1.4 is what I have on hrt. I have had it at 1.7 and my dr. Did a watch and wait. Kidney numbers maybe the concern! People above my experience can chime in !

creatinine is a useless value for lifters. not sure about the egfr but its only slightly low.
everyone who lifts weights has elevated creatinine. its a byproduct of damaged muscle cells.

that bilirubin is high but not that high that i would worry. maybe get your GGT checked if you want to make sure your liver is okay.

you should donate blood though, RBCs and hematocrit are too high

and you should probably get your LDL down (fish oil, other healthy fats, cardio)

With you being polycythemic this would cause more destruction of red blood cells than normal, which would cause your bilirubin to be elevated. This would be the more likely cause. Dumping a pint of blood may correct this. You might have some gallstones if this isn't related to polycythemia. If there was one good thing of a slightly elevated bilirubin, you have a higher antioxidant/antiinflammatory activities. Don't use that as a plus tho. You need to evaluate the aforementioned with your PCP.

You definitely need to dump a pint of blood. I would suggest that you pursue a sleep study, as sleep apnea is suspected.

Your eGFR is of some concerns. Yet I'm more prone to pursue a Cystatin C assay over a eGFR+Creatinine. This is a more accurate assessment of Renal function. Unlike the calculation of eGFR+Creatinine it's not reflective of protien intake, hydration status or muscle mass. You may wanna speak to your physician about pulling this assay.

Your lipids, these need some addressing too.
